Our address is 10945 Colorado Blvd, Firestone, CO 80504, and Firestone is where most of our calls start. We take calls for ZIP codes 80504 and 80520, and the dispatch line is answered 24/7. If you are in a nearby town, the pages below explain how service works there.
Frederick and Dacono sit beside Firestone in the Carbon Valley, and the three are often called the Tri-Towns. Our page for Frederick covers its housing and water, and the Dacono page does the same for the town to the south. Further out, Erie lies to the southwest and Mead to the north, each with its own water provider questions.
Water supply is a good reason to read your own town page. Providers differ from address to address, and some report hardness while others do not, so we tell you what is verified and what to ask your utility.
Towns we dispatch to
Frederick
East of I-25, your water comes from the Town of Frederick, so a pipe problem and a billing question can turn into two different phone calls.
ZIP 80530 and 80504
Dacono
A coal camp from 1901 that has roughly doubled in the last two decades means old pipe and new pipe can sit a few doors apart.
ZIP 80514
Erie
Erie has flooded before, so a wet basement here raises a fair question: is it the plumbing or the ground?
ZIP 80516
Mead
Around Mead the first plumbing question is not what broke but what kind of water and sewer system your property is on.
ZIP 80542
Other places people ask about
Longmont lies west of Frederick, and some ZIP code 80504 addresses use the Longmont mailing name. If your mail says Longmont but you live near Firestone or Frederick, call and tell us the street. We will confirm whether we can dispatch there.
Fort Lupton is east of Dacono and Frederick. We do not have a page for it, but a call from the Fort Lupton side of the valley is welcome, and the dispatcher will tell you what is available.
Rural Weld County properties around Mead often work differently. If your property is on a well or septic system, the repair path changes, and the Weld County Building Department covers unincorporated parcels. Call and describe the setup before you assume anything.
